Situated 8 minutes drive from the entrance to Animal Kingdom and close to highway 192 with its many restaurants and shops. It is ideal for coming home to relax at midday. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 with a king size bed, 1 with a queen size bed and 2 with twins. Using the sleeper sofa in the lounge it will sleep a maximum of 10 people. 1 of the bathrooms is en-suite to the master bedroom. This has a door out to the pool deck so there is no need to drip through the house to get changed after swimming.

The pool:

The screened pool, with privacy fence, is South facing with a massive sun deck that is sunny all day long. Shade is provided by a covered patio area. Superior padded patio furniture (2 Sun loungers 4 chairs 2 of which recline and have ottomans) is provided for your comfort.

The Hot tub / Jacuzzi:

The stand alone hot tub Jacuzzi is ideal for relaxing in on your return from the parks. It has 18 jets including some developed specifically for arthritis sufferers. It will comfortably hold 6 adults and has a lounger seat. The spa is heated independently from the pool.

The lounge:

In the large spacious lounge there is a 50'' plasma TV with digital cable offering a choice of over 150 channels, plus a number of HD channels. There is a video player and stereo system with CD, tape and radio. There is a small selection of video tapes and books. A Playstation2 is also provided which can be used as a DVD player, this is fitted with an eye toy, so you can see yourself on the TV. The original furniture in the lounge has been replaced with high quality, very comfortable sofas.

Also:

There is a foosball (football) table in the garage. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the home is fully air conditioned. There additional TVs, with standard cable in the master bedroom, the other double bedroom and one of the twin rooms. The TV in the master bedroom has a built in DVD and video player.

There is also a high speed internet connection, provide your own computer. There are also free calls to US and Canada.

The community has a large swimming pool, tennis court and children's playground which are free for guests to use. We provide tennis racquets and balls. (See location link for photos)

Smoking is not permitted in the villa. Pets are not allowed.
